Brian Knox
Brian has helped families plan for life and death for nearly twenty years. He holds a law degree from Duke and an MBA from Boise State, which is why business and ranch families in particular seek him out.
He is a U.S. Army disabled veteran, accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent veterans nationwide, and a certified firearms instructor. Protecting people is what he does.
How we work
Plain language. Honest guidance about options and risks. Prompt replies. One attorney who knows your case, because there is only one of him and he does the work himself. Most services are flat fees, agreed before any work begins.
Where we practice
Knox Legacy Law PLLC is based in South Dakota, and Brian is also licensed in Wyoming and Utah. Because VA benefits law is federal, he represents veterans in any state. Consultations are held over Zoom.
